Meet Mary, Doula, Womb tender, Herbalist, and Student of Earth

Hi, I’m Mary, the creator and heart behind From Earth and Eden.
Born and raised in the mountains of Montana and now rooted in southern Colorado, I’ve always felt most at home in nature, swimming in alpine lakes, hiking, biking, paddleboarding, skiing, and soaking in the quiet wisdom of the earth.

My journey began in healthcare right after high school, but after healing my own body and mind through holistic practices, I felt called to a different path, one that honors the body’s innate wisdom and the gentle medicine of the natural world.

Through herbs, traditional healing, and somatic practices, I have experienced profound transformation in my life, healing my own womb from physical and Sexual trauma, and generational patterning. Working with plants to regulate my cycle and restore balance to my womb. This sacred work has reconnected me to my feminine rhythms and deepened my trust in the body’s ability to heal.

This experiences inspired the birth of my apothecary, where I craft nourishing, toxin-free body care, and herbal remedies. Always using organic ingredients and wise women traditions that have been honored through time. Each product is a reflection of my belief that healing should be rooted in the rhythms of the earth and deeply nourishing to the body.

My reverence for childbirth and women’s wellness eventually led me to train as a Traditional Postpartum Doula under the guidance of Heidi Pyper. Learning the art of postpartum care felt like a deep remembering, a reconnection to ancient wisdom passed down through generations of women. This work allows me to hold space for mothers and women in their most tender season, honoring the sacred transition that follows birth.

I strive to live close to the land listening, crafting, cooking, fermenting, making herbal teas, practicing yoga, and learning new instruments. Every part of my life is infused with a love for that which nourishes me. and a deep respect for women, and for the cycles that connect us all.
