Womb Tending Sessions
The womb is where life begins, and where women connect to their creative power. However overtime this space can hold physical tension, emotional trauma, or physical blockages due to stress, or past experiences like childbirth, loss, abuse, and societal conditioning. These things can manifest as physical pain, tension, shame, fear, and grief. A womb tending session can support releasing stored energy, restoring the innate connection to the womb, supporting the physical health of the womb, and creating space for something new.
Traditional Postpartum Care
The first 40 days is a sacred journey. I offer gentle nourishment for your body, mind, and soul. With weekly visits designed to cater specifically to your unique needs. I will provide a nourishing meal each visit along with a variety of other offerings you can choose to receive. I am here to support you mama.
Closing of the bones Ceremony
The Rebozo closing of the bone’s ceremony has strong roots in Mexico and areas of Latin America. In Mexico, it is called "Cerrar La Cadera" (closing of the hips) or a "Cerrada" (a closing). This ceremony is traditionally done after the first 6 weeks postpartum but can also be done months or years later. It is a ceremony to mark transition, helping you bring something to a close and welcome in a new beginning.
